Dayz fps Lag (easy fix) Here
So many people get the dayz fps lag, but there is no real fix that most people know. Well here is a easy 5 step process.
Step 1: locate 2 files in the documets/arma2 they are ArmA2, and Arma2OA.
Step 2: Rightclick and open with notepad then you must scroll down and locate;
Code:
GPU_MaxFramesAhead=(anynumber);
GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=(anynumber);
Those 2 likes of code will now need to be changed.
Step 3: In (anynumber) replace what you have and put 1; this helps the framerate.
Step 4: Open up ArmA2OA and do the same so that they are changed to

GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1;
Step 5: Run Dayz threw DayzCommander or whatever launcher you use and It should work.
Please note, this is not an exact fix, but I do know that it helped me out tremendously.
